By accessing and playing on this server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the server immediately.

2. Server Nature

Tempest is an independently operated community private server. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with TQ Digital Entertainment or NetDragon Websoft. All rights to the original game assets belong to their respective owners.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The administration is not responsible for any loss of items, currency, or characters due to compromised accounts resulting from user negligence.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the server at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of our Rules or Terms of Service. Furthermore, as a private server, we cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service.

5. Virtual Credits

Tempest Tokens are closed website virtual credits managed through Tempest Portal. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be traded or sold, and may only be used for approved website services. They are not created, dropped, stored, or spent by the game server.

6. Purchases and Support

When you purchase Tempest Tokens, you receive website-only virtual credits for approved Tempest website services. Credits are delivered automatically to your Tempest Portal account after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
